24-7intouch is now hiring for our newest client in our Montego Bay site, Spotify.  This Social Media support position will give you the opportunity to support more than 100 million music lovers and music makers alike on Twitter and Facebook.  No phones!

The ideal candidate is inspired by music, technology, and connecting with others. We need people who can express their enthusiasm and personality on social media, while being professional, service-oriented, and passionate about engaging with Spotify’s customers and artists.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide incredible customer service on Spotify’s social media channels, Twitter and Facebook.
  • Support the devices and music content delivered by the Spotify platform/application
  • Learn about Spotify’s services, tools and promotions to deliver a fast response and a stellar customer experience!

Who You Are

  • You’re educated, articulate, and passionate about music and technology
  • You have EXCELLENT writing and communication skills
  • You have experience in engaging on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • You have a helpful, empathetic demeanor
  • You’re proud to represent Spotify and its mission of giving people access to all the music they want, all the time.
