Job Requirements


  • Acts as a point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit for all HR-related concerns.
  • Ensures that all HR Policies, Processes, Procedures and Guidelines are implemented in the business unit.
  • Handles all employee/industrial relations concern in the business unit.
  • Support the business unit in maintaining acceptable attrition rate.
  • Supports the business unit in the implementation of Performance Management System.
  • Works with the Recruitment Team in ensuring that the manpower requisition of the business unit is filled within the agreed SLA.
  • Support all employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Conduct Exit Interviews to separated employees.
  • Maybe required to perform other duties as assigned by members of the HR Management Team from time to time.


Job Qualifications


  • At least 3-4 year experiences in Human Resource Management as an HR Generalist in a BPO setting.
  • Working knowledge of Labor Code and employment best practices in a BPO setup an advantage
  • Team player.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong time management and priorities management skills.
  • Willing to work in Cubao or UP Town Center, Katipunan, Quezon City.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
