We are seeking bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who are passionate about delighting customers by making every interaction an unforgettable experience, whether that’s through inbound calls, emails, chats, or social media.
Our Customer Service Representatives are the initial contact for consumers and customers, and play an important role representing our clients on the social web, including reviewing, moderating, and responding to consumer concerns and questions on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, and Instagram.

- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- You’re bilingual (French/English, written and verbal).
- You have experience in engaging on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram.
- You have a helpful, empathetic demeanor.
- You have amazing people skills. You’re a great listener and communicator.
- One year of customer service experience is preferred.
- Calm under pressure. You can make smart decisions in a fast-paced work environment.
- Stellar phone presence. People can hear you smiling!
