24-7 Intouch is putting together an incredible lineup for our latest client, Spotify. We’re looking for a Customer Service Social Media Team Lead to lead and support the CS Social Media team in providing world-class support.

- You’ll be a coach and a leader to our Customer Service Social Media Associates. Take the stage!
- You’ll be finding and nurturing talent on your team
- You’ll be responsible for reporting team performance and opportunities for improvement to Operations Managers and the Spotify Global Social Media Manager
- You’ll provide coordination, support, and leadership to help a team deliver outstanding online and social media support to customers
- You’ll assist and road manage side projects as needed
- You’ll conduct absence management, including Return-to-Work chats
- You’ll coordinate team schedules, projects, and HR requirements
- You’ll work with peers and the Spotify management team to ensure alignment with the Contact Center’s positive and professional atmosphere
About 24-7 Intouch
- You have either a BA or a BS (or equivalent experience)
- You have 2+ years experience working on a Social Media team
- You are creative, adaptable, curious, and articulate.
- You have stellar writing and decision-making skills
- You’re an innovator who sees through the eyes of the customer
